Bay County Chamber – First Responders Appreciation Luncheon

Each year, the Bay County Chamber of Commerce brings the community together to honor the law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, and other first responders who keep Bay County safe. For the 2018 First Responders Appreciation Luncheon, the Chamber needed an event identity that felt worthy of the people it was celebrating—formal enough for civic partners, but still warm, human, and community‑driven.

Burning Passion Media developed a complete visual system for the luncheon, anchored by a bold medallion motif that united the county skyline, sponsor recognition, and the symbols of fire, law enforcement, and emergency medical services. That core design expanded into a full campaign of print and digital collateral, including a custom challenge coin, physical tickets and invitations, social media graphics, event programs, table tents, poster boards, digital signage, and branded registration forms. Every touchpoint carried the same message: “Thank you for your service,” delivered with the care and consistency the honorees deserve.

On event day, the cohesive branding made the luncheon feel like a single, well‑produced experience—from the first save‑the‑date post to the keepsake coin attendees took home. The Chamber team could focus on celebrating Bay County’s first responders, knowing the story of gratitude and appreciation was being told clearly across every asset.
