Alongside PSAs from first responders and emergency services, Bay County wanted residents to hear directly from their elected leaders. Burning Passion Media produced a message featuring a Bay County Commissioner explaining how county government was maintaining essential operations throughout COVID‑19 while taking concrete steps to protect staff and the public.
The spot highlights practical examples—modified workflows, safety protocols, and service adjustments—that allowed offices to stay open in new ways, from permitting and public works to citizen services. By putting a commissioner on camera, the PSA reassured Bay County residents that local government was still working for them every day, balancing continuity of service with the safety of county employees.
